Do you provide the alcohol?
We are not permitted to supply the alcohol due to Ohio’s regulations and laws on mobile bars. We include our equipment, bartending services, mixers and garnishes, ice, menu consultation, and a stress free shopping list.
What types of events do you serve?
Just about any gathering you can think of: Weddings, birthdays, graduations, backyard barbecues, concerts, happy hours, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, holiday, corporate, or fundraising events, and photo shoots.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once you make your deposit we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients, for this reason we do not give refunds.
What area do you travel?
We serve the Columbus, Ohio area. We will travel up to 90 miles from area code 43035 in Ohio.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liquor liability and general event insurance , which we can provide to any venue.
What is your service coverage area?
While we mainly cater to outdoor events, our trailer can be taken inside as long as we have a 7.5 ft tall x 7.8 ft wide opening for clearance. The space needs to be easily accessible with flat ground to park on.
Do you include decor?
We include the basic decor seen in our photos. We are happy to work with you to make the bars capture your vision for the day, as long as the decorations will not damage our bars.
Does your mobile bar have electricity?
Yes, we have full liquor liability and general event insurance , which we can provide to any venue.
Where can we go?
